For example, this server is hosted on a 4MB download/600KB upload line for which I pay 35 € VAT included, altough the screen capture is made in another place. Spanish laws only require the ISP's to provide at least 10% of the bandwidth specified in the contract, so it's frequent that you don't reach the bandwidth you're paying.
